Lamex operate within numerous beef markets internationally, sourcing from all major beef production centres with the ability to procure and supply product in line with niche farming standards, plant accreditations and feed schemes.  
 
Through having a global supply network, We are able to source product with cost directives in mind and offer several flexible supply options, reducing our customers exposure to market and currency fluctuations.      
 
We supply all beef items from forequarter meat and primal for Western markets, to fifth quarter items for Eastern markets giving Lamex a truly global footprint and aiding our suppliers with total carcass utilisation. In recognition of more complex customer demands, Lamex also offer a range of added value beef items ranging from cooked primal to portion cut products, minces and diced beef, servicing the international further processing market.
