With offices all over the world Lamex’s Fruit Division is able to ensure that our philosophy of “Global Expertise, Local Knowledge” is a commercial reality, ensuring that we are aware of potential crop issues and allowing Lamex and its customers to act on the most up-to-date information.

The Fruit Division’s team has over 100 years of combined experience in the industry and this expertise has enabled Lamex to become a major supplier to the Preserve, Yogurt, Bakery, Desserts and Food Service markets all over the world.

The experience and knowledge of our global commercial team enables us to visit all of our main supply markets every year and our strong relationships with these major suppliers enables us to deliver the best quality fruit from the best packers at competitive prices.

Lamex is fully committed to ensuring that we supply fruit from the best packers in each of our supply origins, and our global Technical team work extensively with our current suppliers to ensure that the quality of the fruit that we supply is as good as it can be. In addition, we also work with new suppliers to ensure that they are of the standard required to supply our worldwide customer base.

Whilst the factories that we supply all have 3rd party accreditation , Lamex do not solely rely on this and it is our policy to visit all of our suppliers every year in order to ensure that our suppliers are working to the best standards achievable, and fully subscribe to the quality standards that our customers require.

Our Technical Dept also work extensively with all of our customers to ensure that their technical requirements are satisfied and to assist them with NPD projects and quality improvement programmes.

We are able to offer a broad range of products from fully audited and approved factories, which are detailed below, however the lists attached are not exhaustive and we are generally able to source most fruits from our approved supply base.
