Pork has represented a core part of the LAMEX product profile since the very start. From the early days of export to the Far East from the United Kingdom through to spear-heading export of ribs from Europe to the USA and importation of prime muscles from third countries to the EU, Pork has represented part of the cutting edge of our trade.

We have translated part of our expertise into further processed items as well and we now cook and process in excess of 50mt per week of ribs at our sister plant, Newby Foods in North Yorkshire. This has enabled us to partner some of the  largest restaurant chain operators and distributors in developing standardized material throughout their enterprises.

Whilst now only part of a much wider portfolio of products, we still pride ourselves on our ability to source or place any part of the pig or associated product.
