Lamex Foods Sweden was opened in 1995 in Helsingborg, Sweden to take advantage of opportunities arising from the entry of Finland and Sweden into the E.U at that time. Specialising originally in the import and export of fruit and vegetables, including puree and concentrates for the manufacturing industry in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, sales have grown rapidly and now incorporate imports of frozen and chilled poultry to a variety of customers across Scandinavia.
